I consider myself a "steak expert". I know how a great steak should be cooked and how it should taste. I went to the Strip House this weekend and had the best steak I have had in recent memory. Everything from the ambiance to the waiter, Andrew, to the excellent food was perfect. The Filet mignon, mushrooms, and whipped potatoes were superb. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Off the beaten path on the second floor of planet Hollywood. Excellent steaks and fair pricing for the strip. Good service.

The ambiance and atmosphere were really great in here. I ordered the lobster and my husband got a steak. We shared two styles of potatoes. Our drinks were fantastic and so was the food and service. Prices were fair too.

First time at The Strip House Steakhouse, no disappointment and we'll be back! I started my meal with a Blood Orange Cosmo- (Tito's Handmade Vodka, Combier Crème de Pêche de Vigne, Blood Orange, Lime, Cranberry) The Cosmo was delicious and served in a beautiful glass with fit well with the vibe of the room covered in photos of old time Hollywood Stars. Hubby had a New Steak and I had a Ribeye, both steaks cooked to absolute perfection! I will say they are HEAVILY peppered... do know that and all for it to be lightened up if that's your preference. I don't generally mind peppered but this was over the top for me and despite trying to scrape the crust it was just too much. Another steak was quickly brought out and cooked to perfection as well. They handled it so well and it was appreciated, I enjoyed my meal immensely! We ordered a side of corn with pancetta and skipped the panko to make it gluten friendly and the house potatoes as recommended were fantastic along with the corn. All in all a very enjoyable meal and we look forward to our next visit!

The Strip House located in Planet Hollywood is one of the best steak restaurants. We started coming here for our dating anniversaries and now it's our wedding anniversaries and whenever we are in Vegas. The filet mignon is my favorite and his is the ribeye. The lobster mac and cheese is so flavorful and delicious. The asparagus is another of our favorite side. Tender but snaps when we bite into it. I love the half garlic head addition. We had the chocolate cake the last time we were here (didn't have room this time) and I have to say that it is amazing! All well worth the money. We have always had great service from the servers. They are all helpful and friendly. Management is constantly asking if everything is going good and takes their time to chat and get to know us. Lighting is dim with hues of red, my favorite color. The decor is, well you guessed it by its name lol Vintage picture frames and wall paper of strippers. I highly recommend you check them out when you are in town. Reservations recommended.

100 stars if I could give them! We stayed at the planet hollywood and came here for dinner, from the hostess to the waiters customer service was so friendly and welcoming!! Food was delicious!!. Wish I took pictures. We ordered the salmon and New York strip with the mash potatoes and mac and cheese. First off, the presentation was very nice. The food was so flavorful and cooked to perfection, we are big foodies and been to many places-- this was one of our favorites in Vegas! Highly recommended. The drinks were very good as well! Definitely plan to come back when we are in town. The restaurant itself has a great ambiance and is beautiful, we love the lighting and red ambiance. If you are in Vegas definitely need to try this place!

Located on the second floor of Planet Hollywood, Strip House is this hotel's version of a steakhouse. Upon entering, you are greeted with 1920 pinup photos, hues of red and dim lighting, and a very sensual atmosphere. Our attentive server had a sense of humor which was nice and it made our experience that much more enjoyable. We shared with the following. I'm rating it up to five stars (*). Calamari *** (3) Wedge Salad *** (3) Baked Potato **** (4) Green Beans ***** (5) Lobster Mac and Cheese ***** (5) Filet Mignon ***** (5)

Great steakhouse. The lobster bisque was divine, I could have licked the bowl. I got the ribeye Oscar style. The crab was superb, I ordered my steak medium rare but it was the slightest more towards medium (still pink but it was on the verge of being overcooked). Ambiance is dark, lots of reds, velvet wallpaper, definitely reminds you of the 1950's. The bartender Mike was attentive and enjoyable to talk with. Same with our server once we sat at our table.

We came to Strip House to celebrate my date's birthday. I made the reservation online and also followed up with a phone call to the Hostess. I wanted to make the evening special. I asked for a nice booth with some privacy. When we arrived, the host walked us to our amazing table. They had arranged for a private dining experience in the wine room. Just the two of us, with one table in a private room. It was so VIP and so romantic. Needless to say, my date was so incredibly impressed. This was just the beginning to a very special evening. Our server was Scott, and he was great! So friendly and engaging. Scott provided a superior level of service. He was there when we needed him and knew to give us privacy when that's what we preferred. Thank you Scott. We ordered the crab cake appetizer, the chopped salad wedge, a filet and the bone in rib eye. Everything was delicious! The serving team paced the dinner perfectly. I had preordered the famous chocolate cake and Scott presented it with a candle, her name on the cake, and he even sang to her. Overall, we had an incredible experience and we are grateful to Scott and the entire team at Strip House.

We came here for dessert after reading about the "signature" chocolate cake. I love chocolate cake so am always looking for my next great bite. We had a reservation but when we got there we told them we only wanted dessert and asked if we could sit at the bar. They happily obliged and we sat and chatted with the bartender. My partner is gluten-free and the waitress recommend the Bananas Foster Baked Alaska for her since it was gluten-free. The Bananas Foster came out and the beer tender lit it on fire in front of us. It was so cool! My partner loved it. It had beautiful margarine and the gelato was great. Now the signature chocolate cake was AMAZING! It had 24 layers of chocolate cake and chocolate ganache. Each bite was heavenly! We can't wait to go back for both dinner and dessert.
